Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving intake meetings and defining recruitment strategies
• Develop expertise in both engineering and non-engineering roles to support US-based hiring needs
• Ensure standardization and consistency of recruitment processes using Avature ATS and other tools
• Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through timely and transparent communication
• Utilize data analytics and metrics to drive decision-making and continuously improve recruitment outcomes
• Manage and track candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and maintain real-time data accuracy
• Drive competitive offer processes to secure top talent in technical and non-technical domains

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a primary focus on engineering roles
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably Avature ATS or similar platforms
• Strong ability to leverage talent acquisition tools, data analytics, and metrics for informed decision-making
• Proven experience working across multiple domains, including both technical and non-technical roles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
