Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the Africa region
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers providing market insights and recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates while coordinating processes with stakeholders
• Promote company culture and employer branding through career fairs and university partnerships
• Monitor recruitment market trends and compensation benchmarks across African countries

Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in construction or engineering
• Fluency in French
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local labor laws and nationalisation programs is an advantage
• Willingness to work from the office on a full-time basis
