About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic hiring expert and partner to hiring managers and business unit leaders
- Partner with hiring managers to determine requirements and ideal candidate qualities
- Manage the full hiring life-cycle from sourcing and screening to extending offers
- Build a diverse pipeline of talent through sourcing, cold calling, and networking
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS to build reports and analyze recruiting metrics
- Travel as needed to support hiring efforts at other sites
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (for Partner II)
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (for Senior Partner I)
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-time recruiting experience
- Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting
- Experience recruiting for high-volume nonexempt or engineering roles (production, manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, etc.)
- Experience sourcing for highly technical and niche roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
