Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer close across all functions
- Build and nurture talent pipelines using outbound tactics and creative strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding intakes and calibrating profiles
- Track and improve interview velocity, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience through timely and professional coordination
- Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting
- Own weekly reporting on funnel health and turn data into actionable insights
- Test new interview structures and candidate experience experiments monthly
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in high-growth, startup, or scaleup environments
- Proficiency in running structured recruiting processes with urgency
- Ability to partner with hiring managers to define requirements and align on timelines
- Strong sourcing skills across common recruiting channels
- Data-informed approach using funnel metrics and pipeline health
- Excellent communication skills and ability to frame complex problems
- Adaptability to changing business priorities and hiring manager styles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience embedding AI into recruiting workflows
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets in fast-paced settings
