About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle for GTM roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding
- Build strong GTM pipelines from scratch using LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
- Partner with GTM leaders and founders to define role requirements and interview loops
- Act as a brand ambassador to shape candidate experience and employer brand
- Manage the ATS (Ashby) to ensure clean data, structured scorecards, and tidy pipelines
- Track and report recruiting metrics to continuously improve process and quality of hire
Requirements
- 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting with GTM/revenue hiring experience (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing)
- Experience in a startup or high-growth tech company environment
- Proven success owning end-to-end searches and closing competitive candidates
- Strong US/New York GTM network and market knowledge
- Data-driven and AI-native approach to recruiting
- Proficiency with ATS tools, preferably Ashby
- Native-level English proficiency
