Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary talent partner to International Commercial and Marketing leadership teams across multiple markets
• Partner with regional directors to manage expectations and provide data-backed market insights
• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior commercial, sales, and marketing roles
• Design and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns for Brand Ambassador networks globally
• Deliver a culturally nuanced candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
• Use localized market data to inform hiring decisions and manage salary/pipeline expectations
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, pipeline health, and quality-of-hire
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and adopt AI tools for sourcing and screening

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition Partner in an international hub or managing multiple global markets
• Experience in both senior headhunting and high-volume recruitment campaigns
• Ability to partner with, advise, and challenge regional directors and cross-functional leadership
• Data literacy with excitement for using CRM systems, AI, and automation
• Proactive and resilient approach to navigating ambiguity in scaling international markets
