Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
• Lead recruitment efforts for manufacturing, technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent for niche positions.
• Conduct talent mapping and competitive market research to identify talent availability and compensation trends.
• Support employer branding initiatives and community engagement to strengthen the company's reputation.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition experience within manufacturing, operations, or regulated production environments.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling niche or technical positions.
• Expertise in sourcing methodologies including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting within nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, medical device, or CPG industries.
• Experience working in GMP or FDA-regulated environments.
