Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Support Go-to-Market teams with their specific recruiting needs and talent pipelines.
• Proactively source candidates through innovative methods to ensure a solid pipeline for future positions.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate capabilities, skills, and cultural fit.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, facilitating interviews and scheduling with hiring managers.
• Serve as an employer brand ambassador, promoting PayJoy's mission, culture, and reputation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter with expertise in hiring multi-level Go-to-Market roles.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with Senior Managers and Executives.
• Hands-on experience using various results-oriented sourcing methods.
• Proficiency in English; experience with Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Lever.
• Strong ability to screen applicants and conduct diverse interview types.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for LATAM markets within fast-paced startup environments.
• Academic background in Human Resources.
