Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the full recruitment life cycle end-to-end, including sourcing strategy, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into effective hiring strategies.
• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines and engage passive candidates.
• Lead structured competency-based and behavioral interviews and provide data-driven hiring recommendations.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for both candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, ideally within high-growth, technology-driven organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
• Proven ability to partner with senior hiring managers and drive alignment on hiring criteria.
