Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for US and UK based roles from intake through offer
• Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted hiring strategies
• Source and engage top candidates through creative, data-driven approaches and outbound sourcing
• Run structured, high-quality hiring processes to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
• Use data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize recruiting performance
• Champion the employer brand through authentic storytelling and community engagement
• Collaborate with the global Talent team to align recruiting practices

Requirements

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in fast-growing organizations
• Strong track record of sourcing and closing exceptional talent across multiple functions
• Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized and data-driven approach to recruiting
• Experience with modern recruiting tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms
• Understanding of employer branding and talent marketing
• Knowledge of inclusive and equitable hiring practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across ANZ or Asia-Pacific markets
• Experience contributing to regional employer branding initiatives
