Responsibilities

• Support full end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, assessments, and crafting offers
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
• Identify active and passive candidates through diverse channels like LinkedIn, GitHub, and networking
• Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver strategic solutions
• Collaborate with People Operations to ensure seamless onboarding for new employees

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of in-house full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience in an early-stage SaaS business preferred
• Extensive sourcing experience using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and GitHub
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and managing stakeholders at all levels
• Expertise in talent attraction via social media and recruitment campaigns
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate independently using critical judgment
