About the role
About the Company
OLIX is building the next paradigm of AI infrastructure. The OLIX Decode Accelerator 1 (DX-1) is the first accelerator architected specifically for decode, utilizing rack-scale co-design of logic, data movement, packaging, optics, and interconnect to enable a step change in system-level performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across engineering, technical leadership, operations, and commercial roles
- Build and execute scalable sourcing strategies to surface top-tier candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to craft roles and sharpen interviewing skills
- Uphold high standards for candidate experience
- Help define and drive OLIX's employer brand
- Evolve the recruiting stack, reporting, and process improvements
- Manage relationships with external partners and agencies
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience
- At least 2 years of in-house experience at a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech company
- Proven track record of hiring top technical talent (ML engineers, systems architects, etc.)
- Excellent sourcing instincts and creative candidate engagement
- Ability to partner confidently with senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, responsive, and rigorous
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in deep tech or hardware-driven environments
- 0-1 experience in the accelerator space
