Talent Acquisition Partner, Officer

Responsibilities

• Consult with and influence hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop strategic hiring, sourcing, and selection plans.
• Facilitate intake meetings to establish clear position requirements and develop sourcing strategies using professional organizations, social media, and community associations.
• Educate stakeholders on talent demand, availability, industry standards, and pipeline trends.
• Coach interview teams on selection processes and candidate engagement to ensure the best fit for roles.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates from initial contact through to closing to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic sourcing and recruiting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in an in-house recruiting role.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proven experience consulting with senior business leaders on talent acquisition strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Finance or Banking industry.
• Prior experience using Workday.
