Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring leaders and HR Operations to define skill requirements, sourcing strategies, and compensation.
• Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates through networking, social media, job boards, and professional associations.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate competencies and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pools to ensure high engagement and a positive candidate experience.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate travel arrangements for candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and field HR teams.
• Maintain accurate applicant and interview data within the ATS and CRM.
• Travel to various locations within the assigned region to partner with field operations and attend hiring events.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred, or 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for both non-exempt and exempt roles.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (UltiPro preferred).
• Strong knowledge of internet sourcing, social media tools, and cold calling techniques.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within the supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
• Experience attending hiring events and working with local community organizations.
