Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end hiring across G&A functions in North America, including Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and strategic hiring plans.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and run structured, data-informed hiring processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition within high-growth startups or VC-backed companies.
  • Proven track record of hiring G&A talent across various seniority levels.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner strategically with senior stakeholders.
