Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across North American Growth teams, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope and success profiles
• Shape Talent operations through process design, programs, and tooling
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical future hiring needs
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality and pace
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador

Requirements

• 5+ years in talent acquisition within high-growth, startup, or VC-backed environments
• Deep experience hiring sales and go-to-market (GTM) talent
• Strong commercial acumen, including understanding of OTE structures and quota attainment
• Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches in ambiguous environments
• Direct and collaborative communication style
