Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for leadership, management, and business-critical roles
- Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and talent mapping
- Partner with senior leaders to shape role definitions and hiring strategies
- Track pipeline health, conversion rates, and interview velocity using recruiting data
- Deliver a high-touch, human-centered candidate experience
- Utilize AI tools to improve sourcing, research, and workflow efficiency
- Test and refine interview structures and assessment approaches
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in high-growth, startup, or scaleup environments
- Proven ability to own searches independently
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles
- Proficiency in sourcing through common recruiting channels
- Data-informed approach using funnel metrics and qualitative feedback
- Strong communication and problem-framing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically in leadership or management-level hiring
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes from scratch
