Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting plans to support company expansion and attract top talent
• Manage the full recruiting cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, verifying references, and proposing job offers
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications
• Assist managers in identifying the best candidates to meet departmental needs
• Attract applicants through job advertisements, job sites, and professional groups
• Perform sales discovery and closing role plays during the interview process
• Coach and provide feedback to sales interviewees to align with company methodologies
• Administer and maintain all assigned jobs and candidates within the company ATS
• Coordinate and arrange management interviews and schedules

Requirements

• Minimum College/University Diploma required
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Understanding of local Employment Law
• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
