Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across multiple business units
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting technical talent in a multi-site global organization
• Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and candidate assessment standards are met
• Create recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active talent through cold calling, data mining, and diversity initiatives
• Execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, social media, and specialized technical communities
• Develop, report, and present recruitment performance metrics and market trends to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science
• 3-5 years of corporate full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Proven experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) recruitment
• Expertise in complex web search string generation and optimized use of Boolean operators
• Proficiency with traditional web sourcing techniques, including site x-ray and targeted community searching
• Extensive knowledge of technical sourcing pools such as GitHub and Stack Overflow
• Strong understanding of software engineering trends across domains like distributed systems, mobile, and front-end engineering
• Experience developing and analyzing recruitment metrics
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with SuccessFactors or SAP is a plus
