Responsibilities

• Run recruitment processes across the organization, partnering with leaders and People Business Partners to hire exceptional talent
• Strengthen sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines to maintain visibility into talent markets
• Refine interview frameworks, evaluation methods, and hiring practices to ensure consistent, high-quality decisions
• Analyze hiring data and conversion metrics to improve recruitment speed and decision quality
• Evolve tools, workflows, and infrastructure to support scalable recruitment efforts

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in recruiting or talent roles
• Experience within a fast-growing or scaling company
• Structured approach to hiring decisions and process improvement
• Ability to partner with leaders in competitive talent markets
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
