Responsibilities
- Run recruitment processes across the organization, partnering with leaders and People Business Partners to hire exceptional talent
- Strengthen sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines to maintain visibility into talent markets
- Refine interview frameworks, evaluation methods, and hiring practices to ensure consistent, high-quality decisions
- Analyze hiring data and conversion metrics to improve recruitment speed and decision quality
- Evolve tools, workflows, and infrastructure to support scalable recruitment efforts
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in recruiting or talent roles
- Experience within a fast-growing or scaling company
- Structured approach to hiring decisions and process improvement
- Ability to partner with leaders in competitive talent markets
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
