Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business areas, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in talent acquisition, driving best practices and consistent hiring processes.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to address talent gaps.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, employee referrals, and alumni networks.
• Manage high-volume hiring needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and university relations, including social media branding and local career fairs.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and hiring forecasts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and remote roles.
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to coach, negotiate, and influence stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within regulated industries such as medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
• Understanding of how AI and new technologies can improve hiring outcomes.
