About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for commercial functions including Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and team structures.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial role briefing and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, and industry networks.
- Provide market insights and guidance to stakeholders regarding talent availability and recruitment best practices.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines within the ATS.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and represent the company's employer brand positively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an internal Talent Acquisition role.
- Proven experience recruiting commercial roles such as Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships.
- A strong professional network within the FX, CFD, brokerage, fintech, or trading industries.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience recruiting within the crypto, payments, or broader financial services sectors.
- Experience recruiting multilingual talent across regions such as MENA, CIS, Africa, or Southeast Asia.
- Experience supporting employer branding initiatives or talent community projects.
