Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, selection, offer negotiations, and pre-hire onboarding
• Actively source exempt and non-exempt workforce and build talent pipelines through networking and social media
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assess candidates against appropriate criteria
• Plan and execute hiring events, including both onsite and virtual job fairs
• Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure and predict staffing activity
• Drive improvements in attraction and selection processes through innovative sourcing strategies and technologies
• Maintain a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by modeling inclusive behaviors and managing bias

Requirements

• 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other passive candidate sourcing tools
• Proven success in communicating and collaborating with all levels of an organization

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of dedicated talent acquisition experience
• Experience working within the life sciences industry
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
