About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for interns, graduates, thesis, and early career programs
  • Design, manage, and scale emerging talent programs including campus hiring and university collaborations
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and build future-ready pipelines
  • Lead campus engagement through events such as talks, hackathons, and hiring drives
  • Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen Ericsson’s employer brand at key universities
  • Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools and data insights to optimize hiring strategies
  • Orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality program execution
