About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for interns, graduates, thesis, and early career programs
- Design, manage, and scale emerging talent programs including campus hiring and university collaborations
- Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and build future-ready pipelines
- Lead campus engagement through events such as talks, hackathons, and hiring drives
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen Ericsson’s employer brand at key universities
- Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools and data insights to optimize hiring strategies
- Orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality program execution
