Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting delivery for the US business, serving as a strategic partner to executives
• Partner with TA and People leadership to define 6 to 12-month hiring roadmaps
• Drive programmatic initiatives to improve TA efficiency and talent market intelligence
• Lead US employer branding efforts to build a pipeline of mission-driven talent
• Provide data-driven advisory on hiring, representation, and retention
• Optimize the TA tech stack and adopt responsible AI tools

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Lead
• Expert knowledge of the deep tech and defense tech landscape
• Proven ability to execute searches for leadership and niche technical positions
• Proficiency in leveraging modern TA tech stacks to drive ROI
• Experience collaborating directly with executive stakeholders
