Talent Acquisition Partner & Employee Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical (80%) and non-technical (20%) roles
• Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business and manpower plans
• Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and GitHub sourcing
• Track recruitment metrics including Time to Fill, Source Effectiveness, and Cost per Hire
• Develop recruitment dashboards and hiring reports for leadership visibility
• Design and implement structured employee engagement initiatives and Rewards & Recognition programs
• Manage engagement budgets and quarterly engagement calendars

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR roles
• Proven experience in end-to-end hiring and candidate pipeline management
• Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Breezy
• Strong ability to create recruitment dashboards and analytics-driven insights
• Experience planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
• Ability to handle hiring pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for engineering or technology roles (Backend, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or Platform)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
