Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology and Corporate Function leaders to translate workforce plans into effective hiring strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist disciplines including Data, Cyber Security, Finance, HR, and Legal
• Provide external market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitor insights to influence hiring decisions
• Deliver a premium candidate experience while managing complex, niche, and leadership-level hiring
• Build talent communities for critical skill areas such as AI, Data, and Enterprise Technology
• Champion equitable hiring practices and diverse candidate pipelines to support inclusive team building
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting through ATS and talent analytics platforms

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for Technology and Corporate Functions within a global organisation
• Proven success hiring for specialist technology disciplines (e.g., Engineering, Data, Architecture, Cyber Security)
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to use talent intelligence and market insights to shape hiring decisions
• Strong sourcing capability for both active and passive talent markets
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruitment technologies, and LinkedIn Recruiter
