Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and locations
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and business priorities
  • Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for active and future hiring needs
  • Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring strategies
  • Coordinate interview processes to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline insights to stakeholders
  • Support recruitment process improvements and employer branding activities

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search
  • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
  • Experience recruiting across functions like Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering
  • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in technology companies, startups, or high-growth organizations preferred
  • Fluency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional language capabilities such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese
