Talent Acquisition Partner, BioLife Clinical Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for nursing and physician requisitions across assigned plasma centers.
• Partner with Global Medical, Quality, and Operations stakeholders to advise on clinical workforce readiness for new center launches and country expansions.
• Develop and implement global clinical recruitment strategies informed by labor market insights and workforce trends.
• Support assessment of country-specific clinical role requirements, licensure pathways, and regulatory considerations in emerging markets.
• Utilize sourcing technology, CRM platforms, and automation to build and engage diverse talent communities at scale.
• Proactively identify talent gaps and build sustainable pipelines aligned to global workforce needs.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to HR and Operations partners on clinical hiring trends and market intelligence.
• Champion inclusion, equity, and diversity in all global clinical hiring and sourcing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Global or multi-region experience recruiting physicians and regulated clinical roles.
• 3-5 years of multi-site or high-volume healthcare or clinical recruitment experience.
• Proficiency with recruitment technology, including ATS, CRM, and various sourcing tools.
• Ability to work hours aligned with multiple time zones (typically 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
