Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to understand strategic direction and workforce planning needs
• Act as a subject matter expert on market insights, industry trends, and job knowledge to influence hiring decisions
• Research and execute new sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates
• Train hiring teams on best-in-class recruiting processes, competency selection, and behavioral-based interviewing
• Maintain accurate candidate workflows and system updates within the ATS to ensure reliable analytics and metrics
• Act as a brand ambassador to provide an exceptional candidate experience

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a corporate, high-volume, full-cycle recruitment function
• Proven internal recruitment experience with the ability to source across different functions and industries
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence hiring decisions
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Danish or German
