About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for the Singapore market, focusing on technical roles such as AI, Engineering, and R&D.
- Formulate sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines for the Global Decision Science Centre of Excellence.
- Co-lead the Summer Internship Program and facilitate campus engagements, including career fairs and hackathons.
- Partner with Hiring Leaders to provide market insights and drive pragmatic hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Compensation, Total Rewards, and Labor Relations.
- Leverage recruitment technology and data-driven insights to enhance the candidate and stakeholder experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
