Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial intake meetings to final offer negotiation
• Source high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct search (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Conduct interviews and assessments while providing consultative guidance to hiring managers
• Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to define recruitment strategies and business needs
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire lifecycle
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in international recruitment
• Proven experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to find niche talent
• Fluency in both English and French
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset
