Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the end-to-end recruitment process, including stakeholder engagement, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct first-level screenings and advanced competency-based interviews to assess candidate skills.
• Build and administer diverse talent pools and pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Ensure a smooth, positive, and professional candidate experience throughout the entire journey.
• Maintain data accuracy and efficiency using Alstom’s recruitment tools, ATS, and CRM systems.
• Promote diversity and inclusion by actively attracting diverse talent pools to the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in both Blue-collar and White-collar recruitment.
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition strategies and competency-based hiring.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and CRM.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a project-oriented environment with strict milestones and deadlines.
