Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives (CFO, General Counsel, etc.) to define hiring needs and shape corporate talent strategies.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage exceptional talent for niche and senior-level roles.
• Lead the full end-to-end recruiting process, from initial outreach to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Utilize recruiting metrics and market insights to drive data-driven decisions and improve hiring efficiency.
• Manage recruitment across multiple European markets, adapting strategies to regional nuances and talent pools.
• Champion excellence through interviewer calibration and the promotion of best practices to strengthen the employer brand.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years of in-house experience.
• Deep expertise in go-to-market (GTM) and corporate hiring.
• Proven track record of hiring talent across Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing.
• Experience hiring across various levels, from entry-level to Director.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience within the technology or Fintech industry.
• Experience hiring across multiple countries in the EMEA region.
• Specific experience with the Israeli market.
• Bachelor’s degree.
