Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead the selection process for Airbus Commercial external positions using proactive sourcing approaches
• Manage and lead early career programs, including intern recruitment
• Collaborate with the Internal Mobility network to support talent movement
• Partner with hiring managers to analyze needs, provide market vision, and define role requirements
• Execute end-to-end hiring processes, including headhunting and social media sourcing (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Contribute to Employment Marketing strategies by attending job fairs and industry events
• Analyze recruitment KPIs and user feedback to implement continuous process improvements
• Lead or support local and transversal projects focused on Talent Acquisition innovation

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Law, or an equivalent field
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
• In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for both active and passive talent
• Proficiency with social media, professional networks, and industry trends
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in English and proficiency in Spanish
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
