About the Company

A1 is building a proactive smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organizing, and workflows. The mission is to create AI-native applications that handle multi-step reasoning and real-world task completion with high reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit and motivation
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS to ensure data quality
• Support recruiting projects, process improvements, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems
• Proactive, learning-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience is helpful but not required
