A1 is building a proactive smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organizing, and workflows. The mission is to create AI-native applications that handle multi-step reasoning and real-world task completion with high reliability.
Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit and motivation
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS to ensure data quality
- Support recruiting projects, process improvements, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems
- Proactive, learning-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
