Backbase builds the AI-Native Banking OS - the operating system that helps 120+ of the biggest banks in the world move from fragmented, legacy systems to unified, AI-native operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic and operational arm to the Senior TA Manager, driving the TA operating rhythm and leadership reporting
• Own the full TA tech stack including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and assessments
• Map and improve recruiter workflows, hiring manager experiences, and candidate journeys
• Build and maintain TA dashboards for pipeline health, time-to-fill, and recruiter productivity
• Run interviewer enablement and hiring manager partnership through structured interview kits and training
• Partner with the AI Architect to identify AI use cases, design pilots, and train the team
• Build internal tools and workflow automations using no-code/low-code platforms like Power Apps, Retool, or Zapier
• Ensure TA processes remain GDPR-aligned across global regions

Requirements

• 5+ years in TA Operations, Recruiting Operations, or Recruiting Enablement at a global SaaS or tech company
• Deep hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS (admin, reporting, and configuration)
• Proven experience building low-code apps, automation workflows, or custom GPTs
• Strong data proficiency with spreadsheets; experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus
• Experience leading teams through significant tool or process transformations
• Pragmatic understanding of AI risks including hallucination and bias
• Strong communication skills to partner with VPs, engineers, and recruiters
