Responsibilities

• Build and own AI-powered sourcing workflows to surface qualified candidates at scale
• Design and maintain automations for scheduling, candidate communications, and pipeline management
• Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Manage candidate communications and logistics to ensure a professional experience
• Coordinate onsite interviews, office logistics, and room bookings
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and data accuracy in Ashby
• Support recruiting reporting, metrics, and funnel analytics
• Continuously improve workflows and recruiting processes using AI and modern tooling

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or a related people/ops role
• AI fluency with experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate work
• Strong data and reporting skills with ability to derive insights from recruiting metrics
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Ashby experience is a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
