About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, business, operations, and corporate functions
- Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and drive hiring decisions
- Maintain and optimize recruiting workflows, systems, and ATS processes
- Own interview scheduling coordination and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Track recruiting data integrity and build dashboards/metrics for leadership
- Analyze recruiting metrics including pipeline conversion and time-to-fill
- Support headcount tracking, hiring forecasts, and recruiting operational planning
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in recruiting, talent operations, or recruiting coordination
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions
- Strong operational mindset with experience in ATS systems and recruiting workflows
- Proficiency working with recruiting metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting
- Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical recruiting
- Experience with Ashby or similar ATS platforms
- Experience with headcount planning or recruiting analytics
- Familiarity with compensation, onboarding, or broader people operations processes
