Responsibilities
- Support the TA team in refining recruitment workflows and ATS configuration
- Schedule interviews and manage the candidate pipeline to ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- Assist in identifying top talent for transversal roles across global offices
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly HR dashboards including recruitment KPIs and turnover
- Assist in the deployment and optimization of Talent Acquisition tools
- Create and update internal playbooks and guides to harmonize recruitment processes
- Support daily administrative operations such as letters of intention and onboarding preparation
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (gap year or end-of-study internship)
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data reporting
- Highly organized and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments
- Interest in recruitment tools and automation
- Fluency in English and French
