Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to design and implement scalable recruiting processes and workflows
• Own Greenhouse as the system of record, including configuration, hygiene, and data discipline
• Pull weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on KPIs and OKRs
• Coordinate interviews across hiring managers, panels, and candidates
• Support sourcing and initial candidate outreach using LinkedIn and other tools

Requirements

• 3–5 years in talent acquisition operations or coordination
• Deep, hands-on Greenhouse experience (ATS ownership preferred)
• Strong data fluency and experience with recruiting metrics
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment
• Ability to manage multiple threads and priorities in an ambiguous setting
