About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to design and implement scalable recruiting processes and workflows
- Own Greenhouse as the system of record, including configuration, hygiene, and data discipline
- Pull weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on KPIs and OKRs
- Coordinate interviews across hiring managers, panels, and candidates
- Support sourcing and initial candidate outreach using LinkedIn and other tools
Requirements
- 3–5 years in talent acquisition operations or coordination
- Deep, hands-on Greenhouse experience (ATS ownership preferred)
- Strong data fluency and experience with recruiting metrics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment
- Ability to manage multiple threads and priorities in an ambiguous setting
