Talent Acquisition Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for Game Day Assistant new and returning hires, ensuring documentation compliance and partnership with event-day stakeholders
• Support the talent acquisition process by posting job requisitions, managing candidate workflows, and coordinating interview scheduling
• Leverage scheduling automation tools to manage high-volume interview coordination and resolve conflicts with urgency
• Process HR transactions including new hires and rehires, and maintain accurate, secure employee files and I-9 verifications
• Lead New Hire Orientation for all employee types
• Manage communications with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates via email and phone
• Manage individual ticket queues within case management tools, responding promptly to requests
• Maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Security, and IT

Requirements

• Detailed understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Experience with ServiceNow or other case management tools
• Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information
• Ability to work onsite in New York, NY, and willingness to work overtime or non-traditional hours as needed
