Talent Acquisition Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, grading, and drafting job descriptions.
• Advertise vacancies on internal and external portals and liaise with recruitment agencies.
• Source and develop a pool of qualified candidates through various channels and social media networking.
• Conduct applicant screening, shortlisting, and interviews in accordance with company SOPs.
• Manage HCIS administration, including creating vacancies, managing requisitions, and updating organizational structures.
• Maintain recruitment data and generate monthly reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and quality of placement.
• Support talent management initiatives to improve staff retention and ensure compliance with recruitment legislation.

Requirements

• National Diploma in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification.
• 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Recruitment role within a corporate environment.
• Proven knowledge and experience working with HCIS.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically with strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and work accurately under pressure.
