Talent Acquisition Officer

Responsibilities

• Consult with and influence hiring managers to develop strategic hiring plans and sourcing strategies
• Facilitate intake meetings to establish clear position requirements and identify candidate pools
• Educate stakeholders on talent demand, availability, industry standards, and mobility trends
• Drive communication with interview teams, providing coaching on selection and selling processes
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive end-to-end experience
• Manage the full lifecycle of sourcing and recruiting strategies for Investment Management, Markets, and Corporate Functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in an in-house recruiting role
• Experience within the Finance or Banking industry
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and advocate for talent strategies
