About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of strategic talent, selection, assessment, and development initiatives.
  • Focus on enhancing employee experience and talent branding.
  • Conduct data analysis for development and selection programs.
  • Drive digitalization and automation within recruitment processes.
  • Manage the candidate journey for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high service levels within established SLAs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Talent Development function.
  • Practical knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Sniperhire, or ORC.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Training in A&P or project management.
