About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of strategic talent, selection, assessment, and development initiatives.
- Focus on enhancing employee experience and talent branding.
- Conduct data analysis for development and selection programs.
- Drive digitalization and automation within recruitment processes.
- Manage the candidate journey for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high service levels within established SLAs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Talent Development function.
- Practical knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Sniperhire, or ORC.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Training in A&P or project management.
