Talent Acquisition Officer

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth targets and workforce planning.
• Build a scalable recruiting operating rhythm, including weekly funnel reviews, forecasting, and hiring governance.
• Lead end-to-end hiring for Forex-relevant roles such as Sales (IB/Partners, B2C/B2B), Retention, Account Management, and Risk & Compliance.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers as a trusted advisor to align on role design, leveling, and hiring priorities.
• Own the TA tech stack, ensuring high data hygiene within the ATS and standardizing workflows and SLAs.
• Strengthen the employer brand and EVP to attract top-tier talent in the Forex and FinTech markets.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of continuous and recent experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience hiring in a regulated, performance-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing job postings across various platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct exposure to hiring within the Forex, CFD, or FinTech industries.
• Experience building TA functions in high-growth environments (scaling from 0 to 1 or 1 to n).
• Multi-country hiring exposure across EMEA, MENA, or Asia.
• HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD.
