About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process via direct sourcing and agency management
- Build candidate pipelines for vacancies and proposal needs
- Develop interview protocols and track applicants to ensure compliance and governance
- Perform reference verifications and facilitate smooth onboarding transitions
- Act as a business partner to guide stakeholders on hiring decisions using market data and recruitment strategy
Requirements
- Experience managing the recruitment process end-to-end
- Preferably 5 years of experience within the construction industry (Agency or In-house)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Business level English fluency
