Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a future-focused talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high-quality hires and an excellent candidate experience.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to act as a trusted advisor on talent trends and candidate assessment.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Oversee recruitment operations, including ATS optimization, process improvement, and managing external partners.
  • Implement data-driven recruitment practices using analytics to improve outcomes and track key metrics.
  • Manage the departmental budget (OPEX/CAPEX) and ensure financial compliance and cost control.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related legislation, governance standards, and diversity and inclusion goals.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including sourcing for specialist and scarce skill roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading a recruitment team in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven experience running large volume-based recruitment campaigns.
  • Experience working with psychometrics and various assessment tools.
  • A proven track record of using talent acquisition analytics to drive strategic improvements.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
