Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Tech Talent Partners in New York
• Own the relationship with New York EPD leadership as a genuine hiring partner
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for senior ICs and engineering leaders
• Build Legora's technical brand in the New York market through local events and community engagement
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes
• Maintain high standards for candidate experience
• Partner with the Director of Tech Recruiting on cross-market initiatives and tooling

Requirements

• Experience managing technical recruiting teams at a high-growth, VC-backed company
• Proven ability to lead and develop individual contributors
• Deep understanding of technical roles and ability to hold credible conversations with engineering leaders
• Experience building proactive pipelines for senior technical talent in the New York market
• Experience building employer brand presence in a local technical market
• Structured, data-driven approach to running searches
• Ability to maintain a high hiring bar under pressure
